Realization
The right plan makes the difference between a futile and a successful event. But there is more than just a good plan. Many things have to be organized before, during and after the event. Tasks of service providers and partners have to be coordinated, materials and exhibits have to be supplied at the right place and the right time, and accompanying activities have to be included in the schedule. It can be challenging to keep an overview.
